Culinary Israel

Amazing sights and awe-inspiring landscapes are not all Israel has to offer. In Israel’s five-star restaurants and appetizing street food, your culinary curiosity will be piqued as well. You will not only find tasty and healthy Middle Eastern cuisine, but also a wide choice of restaurants with European, American and Asian fares expertly prepared by internationally acclaimed chefs. For the diversity of its cuisine alone Israel can rightly be called a 'melting pot.' On the run? Grab a pita with falafel or shawarma at one of the colorful markets. In the mood for an elegant evening? Let yourself be pampered in a fancy restaurant. In Israel, everything is possible!

Wine Tour

Israel's wine-making heritage is deeply rooted in history, spanning over 5,000 years and tracing back to Biblical times. In recent years, the country's wine industry has experienced remarkable growth and expansion, leading to the establishment of a world-class network of wineries that spans across the entire nation. With more than 350 wineries located throughout Israel, from the Tuscan-like Galilee in the north to the arid Negev Desert in the south, Israel has emerged as a significant player in the global wine-making industry. The official wine regions of Israel include Galilee, Shomron, Samson, Judean Hills, and the Negev.

The dead Sea

It is a bizarre experience to swim, or rather float, in the Dead Sea. This is the lowest place on the earth's surface, 430 meters below sea level. It is one of the wonders of the world located in the Yehuda Desert.  While you float in the mineral-enriched healing water you can enjoy the snow-white salt formations, sometimes in the form of spectacular mushrooms. I also advise you to visit Mount Masada and the National Nature Reserve of Ein Gedi. Hikers can encounter ibex, hares, hyraxes, jackals, foxes and even leopards in the mountains surrounding the Dead Sea.

Religious Israel

Israel stands unparalleled in the richness of its religious history and the diversity of its holy sites, coexisting beautifully in a compact country. You can walk Jerusalem’s labyrinthine alleys, visit the holy sites of Nazareth, Bethlehem and Tiberias on the by the expansive Sea of Galilee—all in one day! …But we recommend giving it more time than that. Experience these places for yourself now. Decide to come and we will take care of the rest.

Flora and Fauna

Israel's geography and climate create a diverse range of flora and fauna. With over 2,500 species of plants, including the iconic cypress tree and delicate anemone flower, and more than 100 species of mammals, 500 species of birds, and 100 species of reptiles and amphibians, such as the ibex and hoopoe bird, the country's wildlife is rich and varied. Despite its small size, Israel is also home to several endangered species, including the sand cat, striped hyena, and the eagle, and conservation efforts are underway to protect them.
